Muslim citizens of Israel had a total fertility rate near 10 in the mid-1960s; it fell to about 4.5 and then stalled for roughly two decades (Staetsky, 2019), and by 2021 the Muslim rate was 3.01, against a Jewish rate of 3.13 (Israel Central Bureau of Statistics).
