> The Hanover Institute for Public Policy studies the inputs fueling antisemitism in the United States and publishes what the evidence shows. Its reports are descriptive and aggregate: every figure traces to a named, checkable source, ranked from primary and official records through peer-reviewed research to established monitoring organizations, and each report ships the methodology that produced it. ## How to read a report

Each report answers one question, leads with the answer and its number, and states the source inside the sentence that carries the figure. Where a source is a party to the events it describes, the report says so and never presents that party's own count as an independently verified one. Where the evidence is contested, the report gives the competing findings by name and date rather than settling the dispute.
